Argyle’s population has grown from about 1,500 in 1990 to nearly 7,000 today, and much of the newest building is in Harvest, the Hillwood community that straddles Argyle and Northlake. Those homes have builder-installed systems that are still young, and the main thing they need is maintenance done right so warranties stay valid.
Outside the master-planned areas, Argyle, Bartonville and Copper Canyon lean toward larger custom homes on larger lots. That often means multiple systems per house, longer duct runs and attic equipment that is hard to reach. We are comfortable with all of it, and we will tell you which system is the one worth fixing first.

Argyle’s own utility page says electric service varies by address. CoServ serves all three towns, while parts of Argyle are in the Oncor retail-choice area. Gas is Atmos or CoServ Gas depending on where you are. Atmos customers can get $300 to $350 back on a qualifying high-efficiency furnace in the 2026 to 2027 program year.

Yes. For a defect covered by the builder warranty we will tell you so you can use it; for maintenance and out-of-warranty repairs, we are glad to help.
My house has two or three systems. Do you charge per system?
The diagnostic covers the system we are called out for. If you want the others looked at in the same visit, we will tell you the price before we start.
Do you cover Copper Canyon and Bartonville?
Yes, both are on our regular route.
