We price flat rate off a book, not by the hour. Before anything gets fixed, you get the number for your exact repair in writing — and that is the number, whether the job takes twenty minutes or two hours.

The method
How we land on your number
No hourly meter, and no math invented in your driveway.
- We diagnose it. $89, and it comes off the repair the moment you approve one.
- We look it up. Every repair has a set price in our book. The same price for you as for the house down the street, at 2pm or at 2am.
- You see it before we start. The number is on the estimate you approve, not on an invoice you find out about afterward.
- The clock is not your problem. If the job runs twice as long as it should, that is our risk to carry, not a line on your bill.
- You decide. Say no and you pay the diagnostic and nothing else. No pressure, no second quote ten minutes later.
The fine print, in plain English
Things we will not spring on you.
- Two repairs on one visit is the two prices added together. You only pay to get us out here once.
- Special-order parts are marked in our book and can add a day. We say so before you approve anything.
- Compressors and coils do not include refrigerant or recovery — that is priced separately by the pound, because it depends on your system.
- After hours is one $95 charge on the visit, not on every line, and never a surprise multiplier.
- If we cannot fix it, you pay the diagnostic and nothing else.
- Our book moves as parts costs do. Whatever we quote you and you approve is locked in for that job.
