What we collect

If you book service through this website or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and whatever you tell us about your system. If you become a customer we also keep records of the work performed, the equipment at your property, and your invoices and payments.

This site does not run advertising trackers. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

To schedule your appointment, perform the work, quote and invoice it, honour warranties, and contact you about service you have requested. That is all.

Who else sees it

  • Our scheduling and invoicing software, which stores customer and job records on our behalf.
  • Our email provider, for messages sent to and from us.
  • Our web host, which operates this website.
  • Equipment manufacturers, where a warranty registration or claim requires it.
  • Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with marketing companies, lead brokers, or data aggregators. We do not text or email you marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Customer and job records are kept as long as needed to service warranties and meet tax and business record requirements. Enquiries that never become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email service@cornerstonecooling.com or call 940-227-9916 and we will handle it.
