Two plans. One gets a set of eyes on the system once a year. The other gets you two visits, a real discount on everything we fix, and the front of the schedule in July.

Why the names. A foundation is what you build on — one visit a year, the basics covered. A keystone is the stone at the top of an arch that holds everything else in place. We would rather name them after what they do than call one of them Platinum.
What a visit includes
Not a filter change and a handshake.
The same checklist on every visit, on both plans. You get the findings in writing, with photos of anything worth watching.
- Check operating pressures against the correct charge for your system
- Test capacitors under load, not just for continuity
- Check voltage and amp draw on every motor
- Tighten and inspect all electrical connections
- Rinse the condenser coil and clear debris
- Clear the condensate drain and add pan tablets
- Measure temperature split across the coil
- Verify safety controls and the startup sequence
- Inspect the heat exchanger and burners on the fall visit
- Written findings, with photos of anything worth watching

Plainly: these plans are not where we make our money. They get us in your house on a schedule so we catch the weak capacitor in April instead of the dead compressor in August. That is the whole idea, and we would rather just say so.
