What we handle

- Preventive maintenance scheduled around your hours, including before you open
- Thermostat and control replacement, including programmable zoning
- Condensate and drain work — which is most of what actually shuts a building down
- Filter and coil service programs
What we do not handle
We are licensed for comfort cooling, not refrigeration.
Our license is TACLB156738E — Class B, environmental air conditioning. That covers comfort cooling and heating up to 25 tons and 1.5 million BTU. It does not cover commercial refrigeration, so walk-in coolers, freezers and reach-in cases are somebody else’s job.
Plenty of contractors blur that line. We would rather tell you on the phone than after we have driven out.
