HVAC service · Lantana

AC and heating repair in Lantana, TX.

Lantana is about nine miles south of our Denton base, and its oldest homes just turned 25. That is right when HVAC questions start getting expensive.

What we see in Lantana

The first Lantana homes are past the usual life of an HVAC system.

The first families moved into Lantana in 2001, into neighborhoods like Larkspur and Sandlin, with builds continuing north through Madison, Azalea, Bellaire, Heritage and Wisteria over the next decade and more. If your house still has its original system, it has already outlived what most manufacturers plan for.

That does not automatically mean replace. It means it is time to know where you stand: what refrigerant it runs on, how the compressor is doing, and what the next likely failure costs. We will give you that in writing so you can plan instead of finding out in August.

Your utilities

Power, gas and rebates in Lantana.

Lantana is CoServ territory for both electric and gas, so there is no retail electric choice here. CoServ does not currently offer rebates on HVAC equipment, but members can earn a $10 monthly bill credit June through September with an approved smart thermostat through PeakTime Perks. CoServ also offers a free in-home energy assessment, worth doing before you replace anything.

Utility programs change. Check the current terms with your provider before you count on a rebate.

How we price

You approve the price before we pick up a tool.

  • $89 diagnostic, and it is waived when you approve the repair
  • Every repair comes out of a set book, the same price for every customer
  • Nights and weekends are one flat $95 after-hours charge per visit, not a multiplier
  • If we cannot fix it, you pay the diagnostic and get an honest answer in writing

Questions

Common questions from Lantana.

My system is original to the house. Should I replace it now?

Not necessarily. If it is running well, a tune-up and a written assessment tell you how much life is left and what to budget for. We will not push a replacement that is not needed.

Are there HVAC rebates in Lantana?

CoServ does not currently offer equipment rebates. The smart-thermostat bill credit is the main incentive right now.

Do you know the HOA rules for outdoor units?

Rules vary by neighborhood. If a replacement changes the size or location of your outdoor unit, check with your HOA first and we will work within what they allow.

In Lantana and need it looked at?

Call or text and you will talk to the person who comes out. Same book, same prices, and a straight answer about when we can get there.
