Providence Village started in 2000 as a planned community and has about 1,700 homes. Aubrey has more than doubled in population since 2020, much of it in Sandbrock Ranch on FM 1385. That means most systems out here are newer builder-installed equipment, and the right care looks different from what a 1970s house needs.
With newer systems, the job is usually keeping the warranty valid, keeping the coils and drains clean, and catching installation shortcuts early, like an undercharged system or a poorly sloped drain line. Those are cheap to fix in year three and expensive in year twelve.

What if my system is still under builder warranty?
If the problem is a covered defect, we will tell you to use the warranty. We would rather earn your business later than charge you for something you should get free.
