Two tune-ups a year is what keeps a system from dying in the last week of July. The plan bundles both visits with a standing discount, and it costs less than the two tune-ups do on their own.
What you get
Two precision tune-ups a year
Spring for cooling, fall for heating. At $109 each that is $218 of work — more than the plan costs before any of the rest counts.
15% off every repair
Applied to the flat-rate book price, on every visit, all year.
No after-hours charge
The flat $95 add-on is waived. A Saturday night costs a member what a Tuesday morning costs.
Priority scheduling
On the days when the whole county is calling at once, members get slotted first.

The fine print, up front
- Covers one system at one address. Additional systems are discounted — call and ask.
- The discount applies to repairs, not to system replacement.
- Tune-ups do not roll over; use them in the year.
- Cancel any time. We would rather you leave than feel stuck.
